The carpet showed its age, packed with stray hairs that didn't quite meet the cleanliness bar I expected. All minor details, but they add up over a one-night stay.

Had a lovely one-night stay! The room was super clean and comfy, with some cute towel animals. The staff were genuinely friendly, especially with my dogs! It was nice to have all the tea, coffee, and toiletries. Only thing is, the hairdryer was broken, but that’s not the end of the world. The bar area was cozy too!
